Andreas Ledl

Andreas Ledl is subject librarian for psychology, philosophy and educational studies at the Basel University Library. He holds a PhD in educational science and a master degree in library and information science. His research interests include knowledge organization, information literacy, subject indexing, open data, open access, and the Semantic Web. In recent years, he has focused on developing bibliographical databases / search interfaces with the content management system Drupal. He is the initiator, technical head and editor-in-chief of the Basel Register of Thesauri, Ontologies & Classifications (BARTOC).
